Responsibilities: •Receiving and logging trouble reports from customers and field technicians •Prioritizing and dispatching trouble tickets to field technicians •Monitoring and tracking the progress of trouble tickets •Communicating with customers and field technicians to provide updates on ticket status •Escalating urgent or complex issues to appropriate personnel •Maintaining accurate records of all trouble tickets and resolutions Requirements: •High school diploma or equivalent •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment •Excellent organizational and time management abilities •Basic understanding of trouble ticketing systems and processes •Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Skills: •Previous experience in customer service or a related field •Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) or mapping software •Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques for telecommunications or utility systems •Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure •Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes',
